Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
