Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.
A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.
These detentions come after a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.
A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.
Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.
Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.
The assault - which police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
